App and account support

Email LoveRing support with what happened, the steps to reproduce it, your phone model, operating system, and app version. Find your version in Profile & Settings → About LoveRing.

If useful, include a screenshot with private information covered. Never send your password, sign-in codes, full payment-card details, or another person’s private photos.

Purchases

For a Pro access problem, describe the plan and store you used, whether you are signed into the original LoveRing account, and what Restore purchases shows. Manage cancellation from Profile & Settings → Account → Manage LoveRing Pro or through your store. Our Refund and cancellation policy explains Apple and Google Play refund requests, the information support needs, and your consumer rights.

Safety concerns

Use the reporting instructions for an in-app report or a concern you cannot submit from the app. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
