1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as pixels, local storage, and mobile SDK identifiers, do comparable jobs in apps. Together they help services work, stay secure, and remember your preferences.
2. What we use today
This website currently uses only strictly necessary technologies. It does not set analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies, and it does not request your location. Avatar illustrations are loaded from the DiceBear image API, which may process your IP address to serve the images but does not set cookies on our behalf.
In the LoveRing app, sign-in and core features are powered by backend services such as Google Firebase, which use SDK identifiers (for example an app-instance ID) rather than browser cookies to keep you signed in and the Service secure.
3. Cookie categories we may use

If we introduce analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them, as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
4. How to control cookies
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of a website from working.
- Device settings. On iOS and Android you can reset or limit advertising identifiers and control app permissions (including location) in your device settings.
- Industry opt-outs. If interest-based advertising is ever introduced, you can opt out via the Digital Advertising Alliance (youradchoices.com), the EDAA (youronlinechoices.eu), or the AppChoices app.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our use of cookies and similar technologies evolves. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and material changes will be flagged on this page or in the app.
