Delete account
Deletion is permanent. It removes your profile, photos, conversations, and game progress. Deleting your LoveRing account does not cancel a store subscription.
Delete from the app
- If you have a subscription, open Profile & Settings → Account → Manage LoveRing Pro and cancel it if you do not want it to renew. You can also use your app store’s subscription settings. See our Refund and cancellation policy for purchase help.
- In Profile & Settings, find the Account section and choose Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and select Delete permanently. Apple-linked accounts may need to confirm with Apple.
The app confirms whether removal has completed or whether deletion has been accepted and cleanup is continuing. If it reports a failure, reconnect and retry. If Apple permission cleanup needs follow-up, contact support or remove LoveRing from your Apple account’s Sign in with Apple settings.
Cannot access the app?
Request account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject “LoveRing account deletion request”. Include the email linked to your account, your sign-in method, and your displayed alias or account reference if known.
If possible, send the request from your linked email. If your account was not synced, describe that and provide the account details you still have; we may need more information to identify the correct account. Never send a password or sign-in code. We verify account ownership before acting on email requests.
What is removed?
Account deletion removes the LoveRing sign-in account and associated profile, birthday record, photos, discovery location, push registrations, conversations, and game data. Access is disabled when deletion is accepted, and incomplete server cleanup is retried.
Limited safety, legal, or security records may be retained as explained in the Privacy policy. Deletion cannot recall screenshots, details already seen by another person, or notifications already delivered.
What does not delete an account?
Uninstalling LoveRing, logging out, hiding from Radar, or switching to anonymous mode does not delete your account. Store subscriptions are managed separately, even after account deletion.
