Why is Radar empty?

Turn on Visible nearby, allow precise location access, enable device location services, and check your internet connection. Discovery looks within 100 metres for other eligible, visible people. An empty result can simply mean nobody is discoverable in that area. Refresh Radar after moving or changing permissions.

Am I hidden when I close the app?

Not necessarily. While-using mode pauses updates, but your last location can remain discoverable for up to one hour. Background mode has a 24-hour last-known-location expiry without updates. Turn Visible nearby off to request removal; other people’s Radar lists update on their next refresh.

Where did my invitation go?

Open the bell in the app to view invitations and resumable games. Delivery can wait while the recipient has other invitations; visibility and proximity are checked again before delivery. Delivered invitations expire after 30 minutes. Notification permission is not required to use the in-app inbox.

Why is chat still locked?

For anonymous connections, both players need at least 10 points, not 10 points combined. Points carry across rounds and game changes. A nearby person using a real profile can be contacted directly without this game requirement.

Do unlocked chats expire?

Unlocked connections stay available until ended or blocked. Games that have not unlocked chat have a 24-hour deadline. Stopping profile sharing hides real details without ending the anonymous conversation.

How do I share or hide my real details?

In an anonymous chat, select Request profile reveal and review what you will share. Both people must agree. You can cancel the request or withdraw sharing; editing your profile clears your previous agreement. Real-profile mode instead shows your first name and any photo by your explicit connection-style choice.

How do I return on a new phone?

Before changing phones, sync your account from Profile & Settings → Account details. Use the same linked Google, Apple, or email sign-in from the welcome screen’s Log in action. Email accounts can request password-reset and verification messages from the account screen. Check your spam folder if a message is missing.

How do I restore or cancel Pro?

Sign in to your original synced LoveRing account and open Connection style → Restore purchases. After a successful restore, choose Use my real profile and continue to activate it. Open Profile & Settings → Account → Manage LoveRing Pro, or your app store’s subscription settings, to manage renewal. Switching to anonymous mode, uninstalling the app, or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds and subscription cancellation are separate. Apple-billed purchases go through Apple’s refund process; Google Play purchases go through Google’s refund process, with LoveRing support available for unresolved purchase or access problems. Follow the links and instructions in our Refund and cancellation policy. Applicable consumer rights are preserved.

Someone is making me uncomfortable

Use Report / block from Nearby, an invitation, a game’s options, or a chat’s menu. Long-press a received chat message to report that message. Reporting also blocks the person. See report a concern for more help.

Follow the account deletion instructions or visit data requests to ask for access, correction, or other privacy rights.
