Report a concern
Immediate danger? Contact local emergency services. LoveRing’s reporting and support channels are not emergency services.
Report in the app
- Open the person’s safety options in Nearby or an invitation, Game options in a game, or the three-dot menu in a chat.
- Select Report / block.
- Choose Harassment or bullying, Spam or scam, Inappropriate content, or Something else, then submit.
To report a specific received message, long-press it or use its screen-reader Report this message action. The server saves the reported message as evidence.
Reporting also blocks the person
After a confirmed report, the person is also blocked. You can block without reporting if you simply want to stop contact. A block removes the connection from your views, stops new interactions in both directions, and revokes shared profiles.
The other person’s existing connection may remain visible for up to an hour before closing, but new contact is blocked. Messages already cached, details already seen, and notifications already delivered cannot be recalled.
What happens after submission?
A successful confirmation means your report was saved for review. It does not mean a review has already happened. Reports may lead to restrictions or account action under our terms and community guidelines.
Cannot report in the app?
Email [email protected] with the concern, approximate date and time, the person’s displayed alias, and where the interaction happened. Include the conversation or session reference if available. For suspected underage use, clearly say so.
Share only what is needed to explain the problem. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, intimate images, or unnecessary private information. If your email app does not open, copy [email protected] into your usual mail service.
